1. Who we are

2. Hours
We take orders and cook from 8am to 8pm. Orders placed close to 8pm are accepted only where the kitchen can complete them; the checkout will not accept orders outside kitchen hours.
3. Collection
Choose collection at checkout and we will show you a ready time. Collect from 22 Windhover Way, Gravesend, DA12 4NS, quoting your order number. Please arrive close to the ready time — hot food is at its best straight away, and orders not collected within a reasonable time of the ready time cannot be kept or refunded.
4. Delivery area
We deliver with our own drivers within approximately 20 kilometres of our Gravesend kitchen, covering Gravesend, Northfleet, Dartford, the Medway towns and surrounding villages. Enter your postcode at checkout — if your address is outside our delivery area, the checkout will not accept a delivery order (collection remains available to everyone).
5. Delivery times and receiving your order
The time shown at checkout is our best estimate; traffic and busy periods can move it, and we will tell you if we are running significantly late. Someone should be available at the address to receive the food — our driver will call the number on the order if there is no answer. Risk in the food passes to you on delivery. 6. Delivery charges
Any delivery charge, and any minimum order value for delivery, is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Collection is always free. Last updated July 2026.
