This page explains how we provide allergen information, in line with the Food Information Regulations 2014.
2. If you have a food allergy or intolerance
Please contact us before you place your order. All of our food is freshly prepared to order, and allergen information for any dish is available before you buy — call us on +44 7424 425798 during kitchen hours (8am to 8pm) or email orders@kentgrillltd.co.uk, and we will tell you exactly what goes into any item on the menu. When you order, tell us about any allergy or intolerance in the order notes at checkout, and we will confirm the information again when your food is delivered or collected.
3. The 14 regulated allergens
UK law requires information about these 14 allergens: celery; cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley, oats); crustaceans; eggs; fish; lupin; milk; molluscs; mustard; peanuts; sesame; soybeans; sulphur dioxide and sulphites; and tree nuts. Several of these — including cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, sesame, mustard and soybeans — are regularly used in our kitchen.
4. One kitchen, shared equipment
All of our food is prepared in a single kitchen using shared fryers, grills and preparation surfaces. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of any allergen, even where it is not an intended ingredient. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether we can prepare something safely for you.
