2. What we collect and why
Order and delivery data — name, delivery address, phone number, email and order contents, used to cook and deliver your order (lawful basis: contract). Deliveries are made by our own drivers; your details are not passed to any external courier. Payment data — cards are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Allergy information you give us — if you tell us about an allergy in the order notes or by phone, we use it only to prepare and hand over that order safely. Health-related information is special category data, processed on the basis of your explicit consent given when you provide it, and never used for anything else. Account data — if you create an account, we keep your login email and order history so reordering is quick. Enquiries — kept as long as needed to resolve them.
3. Cookies

4. Sharing, transfers and retention
Data is shared only with our card payment provider, our website hosting provider, and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data or share it with marketers. Any transfer outside the UK by our providers is made under UK-approved safeguards. Order and payment records are kept for six years after the tax year of the transaction (UK tax law); allergy notes are kept only with the order record; enquiries up to two years; accounts until you close them.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing rests on consent — email orders@kentgrillltd.co.uk and we respond within one month. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). Changes to this policy will be posted here. Last updated July 2026.
